Right Mindfulness
Mindful awareness of one's thoughts, actions and surroundings.

What is
Right Mindfulness?
Right Mindfulness is awareness of one’s thoughts, actions, and surroundings, with the aim of cultivating clarity, compassion, lovingkindess and, most importantly, upright moral conduct.

How We Cultivate
Right Mindfulness
Our cleaning and service training ground teaches mindfulness through care for shared spaces. Students develop responsibility, accountability, and loving kindness by maintaining a clean and orderly environment. The practice strengthens focus, selflessness, and an understanding of how actions impact others.

Parents Role
Parents can reinforce mindfulness by encouraging responsibility in daily routines, modeling selfless care, and reflecting with children on how actions affect others. This nurtures clarity of thought, compassion, and an equitable mindset.
Parents are a child's number 1 teacher.

Testimonials
Right mindfulness taught me to be more empathetic and thoughtful about my own actions and the world around me. It taught me to consider other people, how they might react or feel and if my actions might hurt myself, others, or living beings in general.
