Student Leadership Council
Our Student Leadership Council empowers students to have a voice in shaping the school community. Members represent their peers, organise initiatives, and lead events that foster teamwork, responsibility, and positive change. Through this program, students develop essential leadership and communication skills that prepare them for life beyond school.

Lead, Inspire, Make a Difference
The Student Leadership Council at Pal Buddhist School empowers students to become role models, changemakers, and voices for their peers. Open to dedicated and passionate students, the council provides a platform to develop leadership, communication, and teamwork skills while contributing to meaningful initiatives that shape our school community.
Members of the council work closely with teachers and peers to plan events, lead assemblies, mentor younger students, and represent the student body in important discussions. It's an opportunity to grow in confidence, responsibility, and influence while making a real impact on the school environment.

"Being part of the Student Leadership Council has taught me how important it is to listen, collaborate, and lead by example. It's given me the confidence to step up, make my voice heard, and inspire others to do the same."
Leaders of Change, Guardians of Morality
At Pal Buddhist School, our Student Representative Council (SRC) is unlike any other. We don't just create leaders we cultivate Dhamma Warriors: students who lead with wisdom, compassion, and moral integrity.
Unlike traditional SRCs that focus only on school events, our student leaders carry a deeper responsibility. They are role models who embody the school's core values, guiding their peers to make choices rooted in kindness, respect, and understanding. As guardians of morality, they inspire others by living the teachings of the Buddha just not in words, but in action.
Our SRC plays a pivotal role in shaping the school culture. They initiate meaningful changes, lead projects that uplift the community, and advocate for decisions that bring harmony, inclusivity, and positive growth. Every member learns that true leadership is not about authority, but about service peers, their school, and the greater good. serving their
