My name is Quy-Huan, and I was the school captain and a scholarship recipient at Pal Buddhist School in 2020. In this video, I share how my experiences at Pal helped shape the person I am today, both personally and professionally. The values I learned during my time there continue to guide me in everything I do. I am now in my final year at UNSW, studying Aerospace Engineering.
Eligibility

Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

Be entering Year 7 to Year 10 in 2026.

Provide recent school reports showing a commitment to learning or a reference letter from a teacher, year coordinator, or community leader.

Submit a personal statement outlining their goals and values.

Achieve a minimum score of 80%* on the scholarship examination.
*At the school's discretion some students may be offered partial scholarships or probational periods if close to this benchmark.
Criteria

Academic Excellence: Applicants will take examinations in English and Mathematics. A minimum score of 90%* is required.

Morality and Family Values: Successful academic candidates will participate in a family interview with the Principal and school leadership team. This interview assesses character, moral development, and alignment with our school’s values.
